What information does Advanced Tech Rescue Collect?
- Advanced Tech Rescue collects credit card information, for use in purchases made on our website ONLY. This information includes billing address, credit card number, and shipping address. All credit cards are processed by hand to ensure there is enough inventory of the product you are ordering to fullfill your request.
Who has access to my information, is it sold?
- We respect our customers' privacy and take precautions to ensure that the only people who have access to your information are Advanced Tech Rescue staff. Also, the only reason a person from Advanced Tech Rescue will have your information is if they are processing an order.
- We do not share nor sell your information to anyone outside of our organization.
How does Advanced Tech Rescue value online privacy?
- Online privacy is very important to us and to our business. Therefore, Advanced Tech Rescue adheres to the following strict guidelines to protect your online privacy:
  - Advanced Tech Rescue will NOT collect any personally-identifiable information about you except for information that you voluntarily provide through the contact us or feedback forms.
  - Advanced Tech Rescue will NOT create any browsing profile for you or your individual machine.
  - Advanced Tech Rescue will NOT engage in any sort of user profiling.
  - Advanced Tech Rescue will NOT download and install software on you machine without your consent.

Confirming Prices

We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you for instructions before shipping or cancelling your order.

Please allow 1-3 business days (M-F) for order processing. Many of these items are special order and we will notify you of the estimated ship date.
If you would like your order shipped via another shipping method; 2-day, 3-day select, etc.; please note that in the comments section and we will be happy to provide you with a quote/estimate.
Because of dimensional weight, Advanced Tech Rescue will provide you with a shipping quote before processing orders of heavy, large, or odd shaped items.

All returns are subject to a 20% restock fee, up to 30 days from receipt of item. The item cannot be used or show signs of being worn, ie. in new condition, and must return in its original packaging. After the 30 days we do not offer returns.
